PEACE
Peace, according to David R. Hawkins’ work in Power vs Force, rises out of Joy and calibrates at 600. It is the level of consciousness when many say things slow down, a sense of suspension in time and space occurs while everything feels alive and radiant. It can be elusive to many while some slip into it for brief moments and others are able to sustain it for long periods of time.
This heightened state fosters a profound sense of inner calm and clarity, allowing individuals to experience life without the usual distractions or anxieties. In peace, one may notice a deep connection with the present moment, making ordinary experiences feel extraordinary and meaningful.
This state is rare and often characterized by deep inner stillness and clarity, allowing individuals to experience profound connection with themselves and their surroundings. The distinction between self and other, subject and object, dissolves. There is an all-prevailing sense of one-ness, where everything is in continuous flow that is exquisitely coordinated.
During this state, the mind becomes still, and emotions are balanced, allowing for a gentle openness to whatever arises. Individuals often report feeling a sense of timelessness and unity with their surroundings, as if barriers between themselves and the world softly dissolve.
Achieving peace can involve practices such as meditation, mindfulness, or simply appreciating the present moment.
This profound sense of peace is often accompanied by an effortless acceptance of life as it unfolds, free from resistance or the need to control outcomes. In this state, compassion and understanding naturally arise, fostering harmonious relationships and a deeper appreciation for existence itself.
As we explore Peace this month know that the more you grasp it the more it will become elusive. Allow yourself to explore a sense of Yin, letting go and willingness will foster the conditions for Peace to be nurtured within you. Be committed to all things that bring ease, calm, openness and inner Joy.
While the journey to peace may look different for everyone, it often requires a willingness to let go of attachments and judgments that cloud perception. By embracing acceptance and gratitude, individuals can gradually cultivate and sustain this elevated state of consciousness. Over time, these practices help transform daily life into an ongoing experience of serenity and fulfillment.
